> Divorce Co-Parenting
Contact: Nancy Marshall
Effective January 1, 2001 a law was passed that mandates parent education for divorcing parents of minor children. The purpose of the class is to help divorcing parents learn how to work together to reduce the trauma children experience when their parents divorce. Parenting Apart: Effective Co-Parenting classes are to educate parents about the impact of divorce, separation and conflict on their children and to offer concrete actions that parents can take to help their children.

There are four counties in our judicial district: Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Greene. Our classes will rotate between counties.
The class will be taught in one four-hour session.
Cost of the class is $30.00 per person in advance, $40.00 at the door. You must pre-register for the class.
