In-School Clubs
Hamblen County 4-H has worked hard to develop meaningful, exciting, standard-aligned lessons for in-school clubs. Our activities are offered during the school day to students at no cost. While the content and lessons delivered are continually changing, Hamblen County 4-H activities all have several aspects in common. All engage in activities in order to build the youths’ capacities for compassion, leadership and workforce prep.
Please check the calendar in the Newsletter tab for when we will be at your school.
Homeschool Club
Homeschool youth may attend our 4-H Homeschool Club meeting held every 6 weeks. Eligible 4-H members include any student in 4th-12th grade. When possible, a Clover Bud program is offered at the same time for younger siblings and youth. These meetings mirror what is being taught in the public school classroom so that everyone has the same opportunity to participate in county, regional, and state contests.
We meet on specified Monday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Morristown Church of Christ. Please check the calendar in the Newsletter tab for the next meeting or contact the 4-H office.
Honor Club
Honor Club is a community club open to 6th-12th graders. The club meets at Morristown Church of Christ. Youth work on project work, leadership activities, and service projects. They are kept up to date on upcoming 4-H events. Contact us for the next scheduled Honor Club meeting to get involved.
